The President has appointed Advocate Harmeet Singh Grewat Singh Grewat Singh Ghawal and Appointed Additional Judge’s Additional Judge (Additional) Judge. The Supreme Court Kulianum had recommended their names before the years ago.
The Supreme Court also recommended the five lawyers of the five lawyers in October 2023, which was to be promoted as High Court judges. The Union government had notified the appointment of three lawyers Sumit Goyal, Sudipati Sharma and Kirtati while Grewaltipota and Kirti, who has been pressed to recommend the recommendation of the columnium at the appointment of Grewal and Nalva.
The Supreme Court Kapoor also recommended Advocate Rohit Kapoor to the judge. Kapoor’s name was actually proposed by the High Court Kuligium on April 21, 2023, which had agreed to both the Chief Minister and Haryana governments. Despite this appointment has not yet been finalized.
According to information, Chief Justice Shil Nagu will give both the lawyers priority before the High Court judge. With these two new appointments, the number of judges in the High Court will be 53, which is still lower than 32 judges. The High Court’s approved tactary is 85 and three judges are retiring this year.
