ਭਾਰਤ ਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਵਧਣੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ, ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ, ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਤੇ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਵਿਚ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। Chandigarh administration has also announced blackout in the city.
