These cyber criminals generate humans from AI and call people to people. After this, people lure that their account is hacked and needs to be recovered.

Trying to trap Microsoft’s consultant also
Microsoft Solutions Consultant Sam Mitrovik also made such a call. He received a notification of Google Account Recovery Attendance and immediately received the call of scammers. Scammers told Mitravik that his account had an unusual activity and offered to help. However, Mitravik recognized this scam and he disconnected the phone.
How to avoid such scams?
To avoid such scams, it is advisable to go to Gmail settings and turn on advanced protection. It provides another layer of identity verification. If hackers steal the account credentials, then it keeps the feature account secure. Apart from this, do not share any kind of information on suspected phone calls. Nor open the link or mail received by unknown people. This can cause a big loss.
