In the 25th Punjab State Special Olympic Games held in Ludhiana, the special children of Sangrur School of Special Education have shone the name of the school by winning medals. School president Rajinder Kaur Mann, secretary Paramjit Kaur and administrator Jaspal Kaur said that in these games, Khushpreet Singh of the school won a gold medal in 200 meters race, a silver medal in shot put, Sundar won a gold medal in shot put, 100 meters. Silver medal in running, Nirmal Singh silver medal in 100m race, Supinder and Paramjit silver medal in bossy game, Ekamjit Singh secured fourth place in 50 meter race. The team of players was led by Neelam Tiwari, Indu Bala Principal, Baljit Singh Teacher, Harmandeep Singh. Social worker Dr. Amarjit Singh Mann, Baldev Singh Gosal, Balwinder Singh, Prof. Santokh Kaur and Jagdev Singh Sohi etc congratulated the winning students.
