News Patiala: 10th July – The Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner of Patiala has issued preventive evacuation orders in the area due to the risk of flooding. The orders are in effect for those who live near the Bada Nadi, a river that is currently experiencing high water levels.
Residents who live near the Bada Nadi are being asked to evacuate their homes and move to a safe location, such as Bada Arai Majra. The district administration has also made accommodation arrangements at Devigarh Road and Prem Bagh Palace.
