Patiala Mohindra Colony diarrhea 18 new cases found

                New cases of diarrhea are continuing in New Mahindra Colony located at Ghalauri Gate. 18 new cases of diarrhea have been reported on Sunday. This brings the total number of cases to 94. A team from the Civil Surgeon’s Office visited the affected area for the third consecutive day on Sunday and installed them at Guga Maadi in the colony. Inspected health screening camp and conducted door-to-door survey by health department teams.

On this occasion, Civil Surgeon Dr. Raju Dhir, District Epidemiologist Sumit Singh, and District Epidemiologist (IDSP) Dr. Divjot were also present. The civil surgeon said that 18 more patients were found suffering from diarrhea in the health check-up camp organized today and they were given medicines.

 Along with this, 19 patients in the area were admitted to different hospitals due to diarrhea. Of these, 11 have recovered and returned home and now only eight patients are admitted to the hospital. He told people that there is no need to panic about this disease. If anyone complains of fever or vomiting, go to the health center and get checked. The health check-up camp at Gugga Maadi in the area will continue for the next few days.
